Late last year I had a rather panicked message from Josie telling me that their wedding photographer had let them down last minute & would I be available to shoot their wedding photography King Arthur Hotel Gower! I was very excited to hear their plans as I’d photographed at the King Arthur Hotel many times & it is a truly lovely venue and not far from where I live (you can view one here!). Their plans sounded just wonderful and as luck would have it; it was my last available date in September. I was soon booked to be their wedding photographer!
I asked Josie a little about their day & those who helped make it so special- here is what she told me:
Where did you get married and why did you choose the venue? King Arthur– we choose this Venue because of its rustic style room which is very different to most venues.
Who was your venue decorator? The wedding business – My theme was Rustic but with some added glam.
Who supplied the suits? Crush Menswear
Where did you get your dress? Cariad bridal in Swansea supplied my wedding dress!
Who was your makeup artist Jenna Kelly
Who was your hair stylist Lucie Summerfield bridal hair
What cars/ transport did you have? (Website if possible please) Exquisite bridal cars
Who made your cake? Bella cakes- I wanted lots of flowers & we even had a cake topper with Ceri’s car!
Who was your florist? Blooming bells- they were just amazing
Who was your stationery supplier? Quaint hearted.
Was there anything else that you feel made your day truly special or any other comments to share? Everything went perfect. Justin was amazing from start to finish.
Feedback- was there anything else Justin Harris Photography could have done differently or better? Nope- perfection

Jo & James had been best friends for 14 years before they finally got together & it certainly showed on their wedding day! A more fun, friendly & relaxed couple you could not wish to meet. After a small ceremony in Yorkshire they had their reception a few months later in Dorchester on Thames. What a pretty little village it was & such a lovely day! With the wedding ceremony out of the way everyone was able to just concentrate on having fun! We walked around the village photographing the happy couple with their parents creating some lovely family & wedding group shots. Then we had a little bit of a wedding photography shoot with the couple. My fashion photography crosses over lovely into these sessions & again Jo & James fun personalities shone through & helped create some amazing & lasting memories! The reception was a hog roast & lots of dancing with lots of friends & family!
